Botanic Crescent, Glasgow

This project involved the demolition of an existing rear kitchen conservatory which sat one storey below the main garden area resulting in overshadowing and a poor outlook. The existing ground floor living space was small and dark and the first floor second bedroom not large enough for the family.
A new 2 storey extension was added and the accommodation reversed creating a bright living / dining / kitchen on the upper level overlooking the garden. The ground floor has been converted to form an en suite master bedroom with 2 single bedrooms located adjacent to the main bathroom.
