Dunglass Avenue, Scotstoun

This project involved the remodelling and extension of 2 neighbouring properties in a traditional terrace in Scotstoun. Both Clients desired a larger kitchen / dining space linking to family rooms and enclosed gardens to the rear. The provision and enhancement of ground floor WC facilities and storage were also addressed along with the remodelling of upper floor bathrooms. The new extensions to the rear are clad in timber with standing seam zinc roofing. Mahogany bi fold doors open the new living spaces into the gardens with emphasis on the maximisation of natural light.
